All of the geriatric care managers that Metta Johnson and Associates has are absolutely amazing. Their expertise is so valuable to families dealing with an aging loved one. All of their care managers are wonderful. Their CEO, Michael, has been a social worker for about 20 years. He is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. And Metta took such good care of my uncle when he was in hospice many years ago. I can’t say enough about Metta Johnson and Associates. They’re wonderful!

Our family was in crisis when we reached out to Metta-Johnson. Our mother’s health had taken an unexpected turn for the worse and we were absolutely lost. We would not have gotten through our experience without the help of Krissy and her team at Metta-Johson. She helped us navigate the hospital MyChart, which we weren’t even told about by the doctors. It was Krissy that took the time to talk to us about our mother’s cancer diagnosis when the hospital failed to do so. She reached out to doctors and nurses on our behalf when our hearts were too broken to think clearly. Krissy also helped us manage the financial side of things, helping us navigate medicare to choose the best plan once mom was placed in skilled nursing for rehab. Krissy helped us find the best facility, and then helped guide us in ensuring mom received the best care. When the facility failed to provide a minimal level of care, Krissy arranged a meeting, using her experience as a registered nurse to guide, and in some cases, train, the staff. When mom became gravely ill at the facility, Krissy was there to guide us once again to get her back into the hospital. Krissy fought for us when the staff wasn’t following through, using professionalism and expertise at every turn.. Finally, when it became evident that our mother would need hospice care, it was Krissy that helped us navigate the difficult process, and find an agency to support us. We wouldn’t have made it without help!

Excellent service for those caring for friend or family and need professional assistance. The issue we had was an insurance company giving the senior the "run around" regarding coverage. The company took on this issue and got our friend the full coverage she had been paying for long term care insurance. Could not have done it without this help.
