Never underestimate your special gifts that allow you to step in –with caring, skill, and grace — and impose order on chaos. I am enormously indebted to you and to your steadfast and wise staff. All seemed so hopeless until you took the helm. No one had authority to act or knew what was best for my friend. And let’s face it: even though she was incapable of making sane decisions, she had her bull in several folks’ pastures. Know that your career choice has given comfort to innumerable desperate souls in need of direction. Thank you from all of us!
