Care Manager
Grace has over 25 years of experience as an RN in multiple fields of geriatric nursing practice including Cardiac/Neuro/Medical Surgical ICU, Emergency, Rehabilitation and Trauma care. Her most recent experience is in Hospice care, where she served in management and as a Hospice RN Case Manager for 10+ years.
Grace has collaborated with some of the best healthcare professionals in Atlanta, working as a nurse advocate for patients, and providing them with education, compassionate care and support, along with a wide team of professionals.
She is a single mother who has raised 3 children-2 grown adults in the healthcare and IT fields, one 17yo senior in HS- and is also a loving grandmother to 3 beautiful grandchildren, who are her pride and joy. Grace graduated Cum Laude with a BSN from University of North Florida.
